Another day, another Friday, another $€£. Another day where I wake up feeling quite rested, quite good. I think this new office chair is really doing wonders for me!
Work is nicely progressing along too. First month of the year and already lots of stuff moving on in the right direction the right way. Of course, more could have been done in the same amount of time, but I’m not a robot and I can only work so many hours until I start getting burnt out. After next week I expect to take the one week “easy”. By easy I mean just my 8 hour job while taking a break from the rest and going back to a less sedentary life, with sports, a better diet and hanging out more with friends on the weekends.
When I go back to doing sports I’m 💯 percent convinced that I’ll sleep even much better and become more productive with work. I need some blood flow in my system. I feel like I’ve got a bit stuck. I’ve been sleeping very well these last 4 days, but when working my body has not felt so good. I become tired way to quick and the food I eat doesn’t make me feel as energized as I think it should.
Anyways, I don’t wanna go into bitching mode too much. I’ll start doing sports this weekend and haning out with friends. Now that my electric scooter is fixed I’ll surely go out again.
