New day, new Monday, new week! Another entire week since the last post. Better late than never. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Woke up feeling rested. Woke up a bit late, but it was necessary. After all I’m gonna be spending a lot of energy today; mental and physical.

Yesterday, after eating a lot at a get together of friends at a restaurant, and later at a friend’s house watching a movie and eating pizza, I made the decision that enough is enough! No more excessive eating! Intermittent fasting starts right now and we go back to the gym! I’ve been accumulating too much fat, which I usually do during winters, but this time I did a bit too much. Also, I’ve been getting very tired of little movements and I’ve noticed I’m kind of dragging my body around, like I’m continuously carrying a backpack of stones! It tires me out!

That’s why I’ve decided to go back to exercising regularly back at my boxing gym. Together with the intermittent fasting I’ll be back in shape in 2 weeks. GUARANTEED.

What else is new? Yeah, finally got paid for a couple of invoices I had been chasing my client for. It’s unacceptable to be depending on the client’s state of being, to get paid only if he feels like it. No, things don’t work that way. You pay me, then I do the work. Moving forward it’s that way or no way. Escrow to the rescue! Let’s see how that one works out.

For this week I’ll be recording a Fight Week, CDOC Embedded videos. It’ll be a very nice way of furthering my videography career and learning new skills, while at the same time helping out the MMA tournament of Catalunya where several of my teammates will be putting their skills to the test against their rivals.
