Woke up at around 11:45AM. Not good… ๐ŸŒ‹

Missed the morning routine, a couple of hours of work, and the Monday morning online MMA Training. What a waste of time!
I’ve got an MMA fight coming up in the next month in Madrid, so I can’t start slacking off now. This is the time to push harder and get an outstanding win! ๐ŸฅŠ

Hopefully I’ll make the rest of the day a bit more productive and at least go to the Boxing training session and make up for the errors by working out double the amount.

In any case, at least yesterday I completed my lingo lessons, plus got the daily 5-Minute Journal done. โœ…

Now onto the rest of the day. ๐Ÿ™ƒ

Woke a bit late, again! lol

This time I did have a good enough reason though! Yesterday I went out with my friends for the first time in months since the whole quarantine mess began.

As usual, we went to a “language exchange” meetup next to the famous Basรญlica De La Sagrada Famรญlia โ›ช, had some drinks, met some new people and went together to another place we used to regularly visit. Check out my instastories while they’re still up!

Although before going out, first I had to get my hair cut and groom my beard! ๐Ÿง”
I couldn’t go out looking like a hobo. ๐Ÿ˜น

In any case, that’s the story of why I woke up a bit late (around 1:30PM ๐Ÿ˜ฑ) and don’t feel too bad about it. ๐Ÿ˜€

Now I’m writing in my daily 5-Minute Journal just to not get out of the daily routine. Better late than never.

Now gonna work a little bit more on my blog before heading out for some delicious pizza with my friends!

I know, I know… Fasting and such…
Keep in mind this is my cheat weekend ๐Ÿ˜น so I’ll be eating like a ๐Ÿท.

Woke up after a very long sleep. I guess the combination of fasting, hard training and sleeping late does that.

I’ve noticed, the first thing I do every morning right after waking up is think about all the tasks I’ve yet to complete. First thing in the morning already puts a strain on my brain. Even if it’s small. I shouldn’t be thinking about that. I shouldn’t be thinking at all! Just mindlessly go on my merry way to the bathroom, make my bed, put my clothes on, drink some coffee and read a damn book!

Maybe I should try to decide the night before the work I’ll be doing the next day. That way there should be less resistance.

Also, today is a saturday and I feel like pausing the fasting for the weekend. Just put it in 16-8 mode. Then on Monday go back to the usual craziness. By the way, I think next week might very well be the last I’ll fast. I’m already at a bit less than 66kg on average, so I’d say the goal has been more than achieved. Now it’s time to keep training almost every day and try to put back on some muscle.

And since it’s a saturday I’ll do very little work and go meet with my friends. I should have done that last week, but I made it late, there was shitty weather and I was just too lazy to move my ass.
