Woke up feeling kind of shitty. I noticed it’s due to sleeping while leaning on the right side of my body. My nose gets clogged, I can’t breathe correctly, insufficient oxygen gets to my brain, my body suffers for it. No more sleeping on the right side, I guess.

Also, it doesn’t help that I was very tired from working yesterday, I went to sleep quite late, plus my lately my diet has been irregular. Everything combined causes these headaches, bags under the eyes, lack of concentration, etc.

But enough of bitching! Let’s get on with the day! It’s a chill relax day. I’m gonna do some light work, some administrative tasks, talk with some people and take it easy.
