Woke up pretty late at around 1:30PM, thus felt like shit because of that. At least the sleep was pleasant. Because of sleeping in, the moment I woke up I just straight up grabbed a coffee and sat down in front of the pc and started working. It’s a good thing 7 hours of work got done before going to the gym.
Since Monday until today I’ve been going to the gym everyday and training hard. At the same time I’ve been doing the intermittent fasting again so as to burn through the fat faster. I expect to be at 70kg by the end of the next week. It’s very doable, so I’ll increase my workout next week, trying to hit the gym twice every day, if possible.
In regards to my new company, I’ve been continuing with the setup and preparing the automatization of my future workflow, to get as many clients as possible and start hammering out fixed price jobs to make some money. Kinda going broke over here.
That’s pretty much it for today. Gonna wrap up this post, do a bit more of company work and head off to sleep.
